ClearPath is an online document preparation service. We help you understand immigration forms and prepare documents for submission to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and related agencies.

You must be at least 18 years old to use ClearPath. By using our service, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
ClearPath is intended for use by individuals preparing their own immigration documents. You may not use ClearPath to prepare documents for others for compensation unless you are a licensed immigration attorney or accredited representative.
By using ClearPath, you agree to:
Fees: ClearPath charges a one-time fee per document package. All fees are stated clearly before payment. There is no subscription or recurring charge. Fees do not include USCIS government filing fees, which you pay separately directly to USCIS.
Refund policy: We offer a full refund within 24 hours of purchase if you have not yet downloaded your document package. After downloading your package, refunds are issued at our discretion. To request a refund, email support@getclearpath.xyz within 24 hours of purchase.
What we don't refund: USCIS filing fees, any costs you incur as a result of using our documents, or fees paid more than 24 hours ago after package download.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your payment information.
ClearPath uses AI technology to generate document checklists and case summaries. While we work hard to keep our information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any information provided.
Immigration law changes frequently. USCIS form editions, filing fees, and mailing addresses are updated regularly. ClearPath cannot guarantee that all information is current at the time of your filing. Always verify requirements at uscis.gov before submitting.
ClearPath is not responsible for any USCIS rejections, delays, denials, or other outcomes related to your immigration application, whether or not you used our service to prepare your documents.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearPath and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of ClearPath shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
All content on ClearPath, including our wizard, question flow, design, text, and AI-generated guidance, is owned by ClearPath and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell any part of our service without written permission.
The documents we help you prepare (your actual filled forms and checklists) belong to you. We claim no ownership over your personal immigration documents.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ClearPath at any time if we believe you are violating these terms, misusing the service, or using it for fraudulent purposes. If we terminate your account without cause, we will issue a full refund of any unused services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from your use of ClearPath shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Texas under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You agree to resolve disputes with ClearPath individually and not as part of a class action.
