Is ClearPath a law firm? Can you give legal advice?
ClearPath is a document preparation service, not a law firm. We explain forms and processes in plain English, but we do not provide legal advice and we are not attorneys. For complex immigration situations, we recommend consulting a licensed immigration attorney. If you cannot afford one, apply to our Helping Hand fund.
I bought a guide but I cannot access it. What should I do?
Email us at hussain@getclearpath.xyz with your order confirmation and we will sort it out immediately. We do not want anyone to pay and not get what they paid for.
Can I get a refund?
If ClearPath did not deliver what we promised, contact us and we will make it right. We review every refund request individually. We believe in being fair, if something went wrong on our end, we will refund you.
My situation is complicated and I need a real attorney. Can you help?

Do you work with all immigration cases or only green cards?
Currently ClearPath focuses on family-based immigration, spousal green cards, family bundles, citizenship, and interview preparation. We do not cover business visas, asylum, or removal defense. If you need help with those areas, we recommend consulting an immigration attorney.
How do I know your information is up to date?
We review and update all USCIS fees, addresses, processing times, and form versions regularly. We also monitor USCIS.gov, the Federal Register, and attorney alerts for policy changes. If you ever spot something that looks outdated, email us and we will check it immediately.
Need legal help you cannot afford?
The ClearPath Helping Hand fund helps immigrants who genuinely need an attorney but cannot afford one. Denied cases, complex petitions, language barriers, anyone can apply. Hussain reviews every application personally.
